My love of Italy and authentic Italian products is no
secret.
I travel to Italy extensively to learn as
much as possible each and every time. I find it very
exciting to learn what cheeses, wine, oils and more are
local to a region. Certain areas have other specialties
such as lentils in Abruzzo or Truffles in Piedmont.
There is so much to learn. So much to try and taste.
Learn how the artisanal products are made and you learn
about the people. The people have stories. They care
about the products they make. There is a story to most
of the authentic products.
